Everyone has their own reasons for going to the gym. Most work out to get physically attractive. Few ever wonder about how to get strong. Naturally, humans want to be physically attractive, as it helps the entire species to propogate. People are attracted to attractive people. People don"t seem to realize that physical attractiveness for males is merely LOOKING STRONG--which means BE STRONG. Strangely enough, not many people know how to get strong.
There are several factors to consider when training for strength: exercises, mindset and mentality.. Analyze your exercises. Are you doing these? Shoulder press, deadlifts and barbell presses should all be incorporated if they are not already a big part of your workout.. You MUST be using these exercises or else you are not working out for strength. SO many people miss out on a good workout because they don"t try and consider how to get strong.
Your brain will be your biggest asset when tackling how to get strong. Practicality, sharpness, effectiveness. These were the traits of hunters who had to survive thousands of years ago. These traits are still essential to survival today. Have faith in your own abilities to weed out all the unnecessary parts of your body. This must be your mindset. Above all, practicality is the name of the game. Using your muscles for strength rather than looks.. Don"t be fake. Ever. Your nice body does not mean you"re better than other people, it merely means you"ve spent time in the gym while others have not. Now that you"ve found a new routine and a new mindset, you can start looking into supplements to make your body stronger.
